1. About NaturalBond

NaturalBond is a daily parenting connection tool that provides personalised plans for parents who want to strengthen their relationship with their child. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. NaturalBond is a tool for parents and carers only. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are using the service on behalf of yourself as a parent or carer.

3. The service

NaturalBond provides AI-generated daily plans, evening check-in prompts, and progress summaries based on the information you provide. The plans are generated by AI and are intended as suggestions and inspiration — they are not a substitute for professional parenting advice, counselling, or therapeutic support.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the service is available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at hello@naturalbond.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Use the service to harm, abuse, or exploit children
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content

6. Your data

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

7. Intellectual property

The NaturalBond application, including its design, code, and content, is owned by NaturalBond and protected by applicable intellectual property law. The plans and content generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of liability

NaturalBond is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by EU law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the EU member state where NaturalBond is incorporated.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
